Samantha Kubil Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Samantha Kubil of Western Springs, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Samantha plans to study Pre-Music Education within the Undergrad Visual and Performing Arts.
