Roseann Rivera Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Roseann Rivera of Marengo, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Roseann plans to study History (B.A.) within the Undergrad Liberal Arts and Sciences.
