Jessica Totz Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Jessica Totz of Belvidere, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Jessica plans to study Psychology (B.S.) within the Undergrad Liberal Arts and Sciences.
