Jessica Rios-Phlippeau Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University!

Jessica Rios-Phlippeau is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Jessica Rios-Phlippeau has been admitted to NIU for the fall 2014 semester.

At Northern, Jessica will receive a world-class education at a comprehensive teaching and research institution with a diverse and international student body of nearly 22,000.
