Jessica Rios-Phlippeau Admitted to Northern Illinois University

We are pleased to announce that Jessica Rios-Phlippeau of Lasalle, IL has been admitted to Northern Illinois University for the fall 2014 semester!

At Northern, Jessica will receive a world-class education at a comprehensive teaching and research institution with a diverse and international student body of nearly 22,000.
