Cynthia Chavez Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Cynthia Chavez of Chicago, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Cynthia plans to study Pre-Sociology within the Undergrad Liberal Arts and Sciences.
