Charles Duval Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Charles Duval of Steward, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Charles plans to study Geology (B.S.) within the Undergrad Liberal Arts and Sciences.
