Brian Serafin Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Brian Serafin of Frankfort, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Brian plans to study Pre-Computer Science within the Undergrad Liberal Arts and Sciences.
