Anne Tobin Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Anne Tobin of Taylorville, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Anne plans to study Pre-Acting within the Undergrad Visual and Performing Arts.
