Allison Kowal Receives Academic Scholarship from Northern Illinois University

Allison Kowal of Frankfort, IL is the recipient of an academic scholarship from Northern Illinois University. Allison plans to study Pre-Sociology within the Undergrad Liberal Arts and Sciences.
